Traffic Alert- Blackford St. at New York St

The construction project on New York St. is scheduled to close southbound Blackford St at New York St. on Thursday August 1.  As a result Blackford St. will be closed at Vermont St.    There will not be access to Blackford St past Vermont.  Access to parking lot #85, 345 N. Blackford,  will be from Vermont St. or California St.   Motorists seeking access to buildings south of New York St. from Michigan St. should proceed south on University Blvd. from Michigan St.   Motorists can still access buildings south of New York from Blake St and Blackford St by proceeding south from New York St.
